December 23, 2019: Unable to attend SC20?
We realize that many throughout InterVarsity are unable to attend the conference for various reasons. Check out
the SC20 website for ways to engage the content and practices of the conference from afar. We will make an announcement after the conference in the Staff Facebook group when the videos from SC20 are posted and ready for viewing on the Staff Site. We regret missing the chance to experience the conference alongside you!
December 16, 2019: Download the SC20 App Tomorrow
- The SC20 Digital Handbook App goes live tomorrow! It has tons of information about the conference program, speakers, schedule, and more. Starting tomorrow:
- Download the CrowdCompass AttendeeHub app
- Search to find “Staff Conference 20”
- Use password: longingforrevival20
The event content will be downloaded and the next time you open the app, you’ll go directly to the SC20 Digital Handbook. Please log in using the same email you used to register for SC20. This is optional but will give you a more complete app experience.
- We are excited for an evening full of art, music, dancing, games, and more from talented artists within InterVarsity at Created: A Community Arts Experience. See you there on January 5th!
- On our first evening together, we will experience a Big Read of John 13-17. Learn about this historical discipline here.
December 9, 2019: Preparing for Fasting and Prayer at SC20
As we seek God for revival at Staff Conference 20, we look forward to the opportunity to come together and humble ourselves before God for a day of prayer and fasting on January 4. Please check out the SC20 website for more information on the Prayer and Fasting Day and resources to prepare yourself spiritually.

December 2, 2019: Play a Game, Receive Leadership Coaching at SC20
Learning and Talent (LAT) has designed a game for you to play at Staff Conference! (Look for the game board in your welcome kit.) Then come to the LAT Marketplace to learn about PATHWAYS for Growing Leaders and contribute your best resources and ideas. We will offer opportunities for short coaching sessions on leadership competencies for anyone on staff first come, first served. Come early; prizes are limited!

September 3, 2019: SC20 Website and Registration are LIVE!
“I wonder what the theme is for SC20.” “How am I supposed to get to Staff Conference?” “Can I bring my family to Florida with me?” “When will I have time to lay in the sun and soak up that vitamin D?” If you’ve had similar questions and more, good news! The website is officially open, and you can start registering to attend SC20! The website will continue to be updated and changed in the months leading up to Staff Conference. The deadline for registration is November 15. Stay tuned to the weekly Missions Memo for more SC20 announcements! If you have any questions in the meantime, email staffconference@intervarsity.org.
September 3, 2019: Showcase your God-given gifts at SC20!
As we celebrate all of who God is, God delights in all of who we are. The last night of Staff Conference will be an opportunity to experience each other in new ways, providing space for some to showcase talents unseen in Created: A Community Arts Experience. We want to see what you’ve got, InterVarsity! We encourage you to submit your art, talent, performance, and creative expressions to be celebrated at SC20 by October 31. See the website for an application and for more information.

You and your families are welcome to enjoy Orlando before or after SC20 and take advantage of our discounted hotel rate!
Reservation Instructions
- Call the Rosen Centre Hotel Reservations department at 1-800-204-7234.
- Tell Reservations you wish to book with the InterVarsity National Staff Conference pre/post block and use the reference number 101281.
- The email address you use to make your personal reservation must be your @intervarsity.org email that you will use to register for SC20. This will help us keep you in the same room the entire time.
You may reserve rooms for your friends and family at our hotel, the Rosen Centre, at our discounted conference rate of: $119.00 plus tax* This rate is based on double occupancy, and applies to the following dates: December 26, 2019 - January 1, 2020, January 6-8, 2020, and beyond as long as rooms are available.**
Reservations are based on availability, so the sooner you book, the better. Please do not attempt to book your SC20 room at this time. Our SC20 Operations teams will reconcile your conference reservations with any additional bookings you make before you arrive in Orlando.
*Rate including tax comes to $135.21/night.
**We encourage you to take advantage of our conference rate at the Rosen Centre if you want to stay and play in Orlando before or after SC20, but feel free to book another venue.
May 2019: Your Invitation to SC20
Hi friends! You are invited to Staff Conference 2020 from January 2-6, 2020, at the Rosen Centre Hotel in Orlando, Florida! Compelled by our SC20 theme, “Longing for Revival,” we will seek the Lord for kingdom breakthrough in our own lives and in every corner of every campus.
At SC20 we will give our attention to preparing for revival, renewing our call, and thriving together. We will meet the Lord in Scripture through our study of John 13-17, Jesus’ Upper Room Discourse.
